Shuddhayu's story began generations ago when our family started producing pure lakdi ghana oil using traditional wooden press. For us, oil was never just a business—it was a responsibility that guides our family even today.

Professional cyclist for 15 years who transformed his passion for health into a mission to bring pure oil back to Indian households.

When the family moved to Ahilyanagar, Mr. Sanjay Gadekar carried the legacy forward. As a professional cyclist for 15 years, he understood the importance of pure, healthy food. But he noticed lifestyle diseases like heart attacks, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity were rising and the main reason was that almost every household was using refined oil.

"People deserve real, pure wood pressed oil again."

In Savedi, he opened our first shop 'Jay Santaji Lakdi Ghana' and introduced a new level of transparency. Fresh oil extracted live in front of customers. The honest approach won people's trust. Soon, branches opened at Subhash Chowk, Ahilyanagar, and Surat.

To take this purity across India, the next generation stepped in. Today, the brand is led by Mr. Suraj Sanjay Gadekar, who continues his father's values with a modern vision.
